"Just to say we had such a lovely weekend staying in Boot with you. Thank you so much for the charming cottage and the warm welcome we felt. We managed to walk Scafell despite some snow and ice and also enjoyed a walk across to Wasdale Head and along the Esk to the waterfall at Stanley Ghyll. The local pubs are good and a few beers were sampled! Thanks again - we hope to be back."
